Evans East Animal Hospital

"We cannot say enough wonderful things about Evans East Animal Hospital, Dr. Cole, and the entire team. Our family recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of our dog, Wally, to a likely mesenteric torsion, an extremely rare and catastrophic condition. Although Dr. Cole was not directly involved in his emergency care, she went far above and beyond to support our family afterward. Knowing how desperate we were for answers, she personally reached out to the specialty hospitals involved in Wally's care, tracked down records, spoke with emergency and specialty doctors, escalated questions internally, and helped us gain a clearer understanding of what had happened. Just as importantly, she took the time to help us understand what Wally's diagnosis could mean for his littermate, Louie. Her efforts to investigate the situation and reassure us that Louie was not at increased risk brought us tremendous relief during one of the most difficult times our family has ever faced. What stands out most about Dr. Cole is not just her medical knowledge, but the depth of her compassion. Wally was her patient for years, and even after his passing, she continued to invest her time and energy into helping our family understand what happened and find peace with the outcome. That level of care and dedication is something we will never forget. The entire Evans East team has also been exceptional. They recently coordinated a heartfelt sympathy card that reminded us just how much Wally was loved by the people who cared for him over the years. That kindness touched our family deeply. As pet owners, there is nothing more important than knowing your animals are in caring, capable hands. We feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Cole and the Evans East team caring for Louie, and we are grateful every day for the expertise, compassion, and genuine love they show to their patients and families. Thank you for everything you do."

"Evans East and Dr Trainor have been so incredible to work with! Dr Trainor has been so clear and communicative in every appointment, and I can tell that she genuinely cares for my cat, Alfie. Not only does she take the time to talk through everything, she’s considerate of cost, and of capacity. She’s not judgmental, and she’s so incredibly kind. Both me and Alfie are so anxious, and she has made going to the vet a smooth and gentle process. I’m never worried about Alfie when he’s there because I know he’s in great hands! Thank you so much, Dr Trainor and the whole Evans East team!"

"I took my best friend Maizy (dog) in when she was suffering. These earth angels made this horible experience...so beautiful. I've never had to feel grief like this before but it's gonna happen when you lose a pet closer to you than family. I am so greatful I went into this hospital with Maizy that morning. Not only were they just the best people but I swear these ladies are earth angels. And then when I got her ashes back. It came so so so beautifully. They made this whole loss.....just perfect"
