"Gravity Haus has a lot going for it, the décor is genuinely impressive and the welcome touch of Saratoga water (refreshed daily) sets a promising tone on arrival. Unfortunately, a few operational missteps made it difficult to fully enjoy the stay. The most frustrating issue was with the TV setup. Guest services delivered one remote control to my room, but operating the TV actually requires two. When I flagged this through their post-stay feedback email, the response I received was "would you like me to teach you how to use the remote?" which felt dismissive given that the actual problem was simply that I'd never been given the second remote in the first place. A small thing, but it pointed to a gap in communication between staff members. The person addressing this was apologetic and acknowledged how it may have come across. That communication gap showed up again at checkout. The night before, I received an email confirming a 12pm checkout. The next morning, a text arrived saying 11am. When I replied pointing out the discrepancy, I didn't hear back. None of these were catastrophic issues, but together they add up to an experience that falls short of what you'd expect from a four-star property and specifically from a brand like Gravity Haus, which positions itself around intentional, elevated hospitality. The bones are clearly there; the internal coordination just needs to catch up."
"Most memorable hotel experience ever, beautiful luxury amenities, amazing little niche town, attention to small detail including thoughtful placement of lights. I was nervous about the unconventional check in and parking situation but all was seamless. Housekeeping was daily without having to request. The hotel smells amazing with their signature amenities that dupe high end luxury scents, nespresso machine, huge rainfall shower, double vanity, luxury bunk beds for kids. I have paid more money for less, truly a gem."
"We had a wonderful stay at Gravity Haus Denver! We were a little nervous about the street parking before we arrived, but it turned out to be a non-issue. There was plenty of parking available, and we never had trouble finding a spot. The staff really made our stay memorable. After picking up takeout for dinner, we realized we didn’t have any plates or silverware. The staff happily provided everything we needed with a smile. We had also driven all the way from Texas with a cooler, and they were more than happy to help us refill it with ice before we continued our road trip. The self-service check-in and check-out process was a really neat, modern touch. It was quick, intuitive, and made everything seamless. I could see it being a little unfamiliar for some people who aren’t used to self-service kiosks, but we thought it was incredibly easy to use. If you’re traveling with a dog, this is a fantastic place to stay. Gravity Haus is very dog-friendly, and we took our Labrador over to Confluence Park, where she had an absolute blast splashing around in the water after a long day in the car. While we didn’t have a chance to try the Michelin-starred restaurant during this trip, there are plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance, so you’ll have no shortage of great dining options. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Between the friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, modern amenities, and dog-friendly atmosphere, we’d absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Denver."
