Briar Common Brewery + Eatery

"We found this brewery online after seeing its excellent ratings and decided to give it a try before our Mile High Stadium tour, which was conveniently located just down the road. It turned out to be a great decision. We were lucky enough to visit during their weekend brunch specials, offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I ordered the crispy cheese burrito, which was generously sized and very flavorful. I also enjoyed a flight of craft beers that showcased a wide variety of styles, from Mexican lagers to rich stouts. My son was equally pleased with his fish sandwich and fries. The service was friendly, fast, and efficient, and the food arrived quickly after ordering. The brewery offers several seating options, including patio seating, an upstairs patio, and bar seating. Since it was around 90°F that day, we appreciated being able to relax comfortably inside the air conditioning. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience. The food, beer selection, and service were all excellent, and I would definitely return if I'm back in the area."

Alex is a great conversationalist and takes care with his craft; we had the Coffee Stout (really good, dark, balanced) and codfish sandwich w/rosemary fries (addictive) and codfish tacos both EXCELLENT. Very tasty. 10/10 would come again. Cute & quaint location too. A great diversion off of I-70 🌟"

"Wow! We had been here before, but today there were 3 girls working a seriously random super lunch rush. They might have been in a crazy rush but they still sat us, got us water, ordered, got us food and everything without skipping a beat! We were taken care of and treated so well the whole time. I’m so impressed. The food…. DELICIOUS! My kids are picky but even they ate. Our food was hot and delicious and didn’t even take that long even after being put in after a 9 top table. The cauliflower is SPICY but so tasty and this time we had the pretzel bites and beer cheese, both are worth it. Definitely try this place out!"
