Welton Room cocktail + kitchen

"The Welton Room and The Monkey Bar are attached and operated by the same groups. The day started with a nice greeting from the owner/manager. They have limited seating on the Monkey Bar side, and specialize in Espresso Martinis. The limited seating is more personal and very comfortable, but personal with great lighting. We ended up ordering a couple of drinks, and spoke with whom I assume is the owner/manager. We got the Dark Side, the Dubai Chocolate Espresso Martini, the rose and lychee Espresso Martini, and the hazelnut Espresso which were all very delicious! Id recommend getting the enhancement to the Dubai Chocolate Espresso Martini for $5 more! It's worth it! The owner ended up giving us $90 worth of free drinks to try out newer and seasonal items. Their Lemoncello Espresso Martini is absolutely amazing and id recommend this to anyone who enjoys lemon and coffee, which mix really well together, surprisingly! The service was probably the best I've experienced in Denver, and I'm a native. Next door, we tried their potato croquettes and potato beignets which are too die for! Absolutely amazing and super delicious! Overall, 10/10 experience and highly recommend because of the stellar service received and their top tier food and drink!"
