"Bluefin is seriously one of my favorite sushi spots in Denver. The customer service is always amazing, everyone is so kind and attentive, and the quality of the fish is easily some of the best I’ve had in the city. I also love that it doesn’t feel overpriced or like it’s trying too hard to be some super trendy sushi spot. It’s just consistently really good sushi, great service, and a place you can go any day of the week and know you’re going to have a good meal. If you’re looking for a go-to sushi place in Denver that you’ll actually want to keep coming back to, this is it. We love Bluefin."

"I have been here a few times to say the least and the food is always fantastic! I’m a vegetarian, and they have PLENTY of delicious items! The fried Veggie Tempura is always crispy and never oily either they’re the first to go so I never get a photo, but the avocado is a simple dish with the best passion passion fruit dressing! And the green tea is always fresh and never bitter this is my fav spot!"
