"I had a wonderful experience with Thanh. I came in with a few ideas—I was considering a bob and wanted to address some damage—but I was also looking for his professional opinion on what hairstyle and color would best complement my face shape and skin tone. Thanh was detail-oriented, efficient, and attentive. One thing I appreciated most was how much he prioritized the health of my hair. He did a balayage and lightened the blonde on the ends, and I love the final result. He is also incredibly skilled at blow-outs. The next day, I noticed two small areas near my bangs that were slightly warmer in tone. I called Thanh and he had me come back the very same day to fix them. He addressed the issue immediately without hesitation, and I couldn’t have been happier with his customer service and professionalism. That level of care really stood out to me. Overall, I had a great experience. Thanh’s talent, attention to detail, and commitment to both healthy hair and outstanding customer service have absolutely earned my trust. I’ll definitely be returning. ❤️ — The only constructive feedback I have is regarding the shampoo experience. Annie, who washed my hair, was kind and gentle. She took great care to avoid getting water in my ears and handled my hair very delicately, which I appreciated. The only area for improvement would be washing the back of the head and scalp a bit more thoroughly, as it felt like that area was missed. One additional suggestion for the salon would be to provide a small towel or face shield during the shampoo. As someone with sensitive skin, I found myself trying to avoid getting water and products on my face and in my eyes. A barrier would make the experience even more comfortable and help clients feel more protected during the wash."
